The Little Bake Gallery  Deposit & Payment Policy

At The Little Bake Gallery, every custom order is made especially for you. To secure your booking and cover preparation costs, a deposit is required on all custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and treats.

Deposits
A deposit is required for all custom orders at the time of booking.
Deposits are refundable only up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/collection date. After this point, deposits become non-refundable to cover the cost of ingredients and preparation already underway.
If any specific items (such as custom edible images, toppers, or specialty decorations) are purchased in advance for your theme, the cost of these items is non-refundable, even if cancellation is made before the 72-hour window.

Payments
The remaining balance must be paid prior to pickup or at the time of handover.
Orders will not be released until full payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
Cash
Invoice payment

By paying your deposit, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms.
