What’s Included
A guided decorating session led by a young, passionate cake & cookie artist. Choice of theme & colour palette from bright rainbows to pastel florals, we’ll help set the vibe. and All decorating tools & supplies provided piping bags, sprinkles, fondant cutters, edible paints, and more​​​

Kids & Teens Supervision
For children’s cupcake and cookie decorating parties, The Little Bake Gallery staff will guide the decorating activity, but we are not responsible for supervision or behaviour management. The party host (the birthday child’s parent/guardian) is responsible for supervising all children during the event. Please ensure that enough adults are present to support the group and maintain a safe, fun atmosphere throughout the session.
Ages & Group Size
Our decorating parties are best suited for children aged 8–14 years, as this is the perfect age for learning fun and creative decorating skills. Younger children or older teens can also be included if discussed at the time of booking, so the activities can be adapted. There is no set minimum number of guests required to hold a party, though a minimum booking fee does apply to cover setup and supplies. We can cater for groups of up to 20 children comfortably, with the option to discuss larger parties if needed. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, though for bigger groups we may ask for an extra adult or two to assist with general supervision.
Deposit & Payment
All party bookings require a deposit to secure your chosen date. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Final payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or invoice and must be completed before or at the party.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
We take food safety very seriously and want everyone to enjoy their treats with peace of mind. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can do our best to accommodate. While care is taken with every order, all of our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
